This document provides rules for the structural design of industrial steel platforms, including the structure indoors and limited to industrial and storage applications or as warehouse office space.
Existing standards (e.g. Eurocode) do not provide sufficient guidelines and this documents aims to serve as a supplement for designers, manufacturers and those responsible for the management and safe use of industrial platforms.
