Mobiles Cranes

The Subgroup Mobile Cranes is responsible for all matters concerning all types of mobile cranes, including mobile cranes mounted on crawlers or rubber-tired carriers and lorry loader cranes

Members

The Subgroup consists of members from Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Turkey.

Objectives

  • Promoting and encouraging free communication between members and mobile crane users of on all matters relating to the design, manufacture, supply and service of mobile cranes.
  • Encouraging safety in the field of mobile cranes.
  • Harmonisation of legislation, standardisation and testing procedures at International and European levels to facilitate free trade.
  • Assisting and advising relevant authorities, at national and European level, on all matters concerning mobile cranes.

  • Outdoor Noise Directive 2000/14/EC
  • Road regulations Regulation (EU) 2018/858 and road circulation of mobile machinery

  • International Crane Stakeholder Assembly (ICSA)
  • European Regulation Group in collaboration with ESTA
